ThanksHelp i have forehead Wrinkles/lines?
First of all, and I don't think this will come as a surprise, all of the things mentioned above contribute to the health of your skin.

There are a few simple steps you can take to decrease wrinkles. At 19, what you are probably seeing are not wrinkles due to skin losing elasticity (because of aging) but wrinkles that are caused by the muscles underneath, for example when you show surprise or frown. The first step is to be aware of the expressions that cause your wrinkles (try them in front of the mirror!) and to consciously remember to relax the muscles on your forehead throughout the day.

Next, try the simple skin care regimen below. Wash your face morning and night with a gentle foaming face wash. Do this in the shower in the morning. Neutrogina is not very expensive and works great. Clinique is a bit pricier but also better quality. They have an entire line of products for me. Then, moisturize right after washing your face. In the morning, use a product with SPF (sun protection). Moisture and SPF are your best weapons against wrinkles. If you have dry skin, use a richer cream at night.

That's it! No need for expensive products that claim eternal youth. And don't underestimate how much drinking water during the day can help. Good luck!!Help i have forehead Wrinkles/lines?
u need to drink alot more water like you said your skin needs to be hydrated to keep the elasticity. Also you could try a night cream which has alot more mositure in it than normal day creams.
If you are looking for home remedy to reduce wrinkles, try this.

Smear honey on your face and leave it for as long as possible (but 5-10mins a day will do). then rinse off with tepid water mixed with a teaspoon of cider vinegar - this has a neutral pH and will act as a toner.

And if you have some bucks, Lifecell anti wrinkle cream would be a good choice. You can have more information here.

yea some of those things probably contribute to it, also you should try some anti aging creams and drink more water and try to work on the poor diet thing, the overweight thing shouldn't contribute nor should the not exercising part but maybe you could try concealer as well. hope this helps. : )
Certainly! Try to perform facial exercises and avoid doing things that may accelerate the aging process. Smoking is the number one cause for people who have yellow or aged skin in their teens and 20's. If you stop smoking, you're skin will revert back to its normal self in no time. Also avoid the sun as much as possible.
Use a moisturiser
rub some olive oil on it,try not to frown, hun, all kinds of folk, get them, skinny, heavy, dont worry,
Just like any possession you may own, if you treat your body like crap it will begin to look the part. There are many things you can do to avoid the formation of wrinkles on your forehead, around your mouth, and under your eyes. Everything you listed in your query has a contributing factor to why you may have wrinkles on your forehead, the biggest one is definately your lack of water. Since you body is made up almost entirely of water, starving yourself of pure water is in retrospect starving your skin, organs, and bodily fuids. You should have enough water in your system that when you urinate, it should barely be yellow at all, the darker it is the more you are dehydrated. Cut out the crap diet, it makes your body work extra hard to burn off all the crap you're putting in it and thus draws nutrients from places that shouldn't be fleeting like your skin. When you wash your face, you should use a mild cleanser, which is water based, and follow up immediately with a quality moisturizer. Dry skin is not healthy skin. Also when you are in repose, don't sleep on your face, this causes creasing in your forehead, under your eyes and around your jaw line. Point is, you need to revamp your lifestyle if you want to look younger, longer. Alot of people just **** off their looks and age like crap because that's what they deserve for treating their body like garbage. Hit the gym, workout, lose some weight, and for gods sake exfoliate! scrubbing away dead skin particles on your face acts almost like an eraser and buffs out fine lines and minor wrinkles. You're young, enjoy it, maintain it. You won't be getting any ladies if you're an overweight slob that looks 40 when you're really 28. Good luck, and get to it!!
