I was not careful so I did get sun damage. But I am grateful that I did because I had to seek cures. I found this natural cure and using it had wonderful other benefits such as greatly reducing lines and wrinkles and largely preventing others forming. Basically cure was quite vigorously massaging with essential oils and that got rid of the sun damage. In order to do so you have to tighten and flex the part being massaged and this exercises and conditions many of underlying face (and some neck) muscles whilst skin is being firmed, smoothed and toned by massage. I think the oil also feeds skin beneficial nutrients that keep it youthful and vibrant and ward off aging. It makes sense that If we do not exercise face muscles, like all muscles, overtime, they become less effective and skin will loose tightness, sag, wrinkle and show other aging signs. I found the massage to be a great rejuvenater
SOURCE(S): 20+ years research into safe, natural treatments/cures of skin, scalp and hair problems and anti aging/rejuvenationI have no sundamage...does this mean that i will have very little wrinkles??
wow your skin is going to be great when yo get older! now this doesn't mean you won't get wrinkles when you start to age but it means that you wo't get as much your skin will look younger for a long time and wow i still can't believe it also, when you start to age your skin will be way healthier and you will feel great!
It means that you've been taking care of your skin. :) Which is very good as less %26amp; less people are taking care of their skin now a days.
It might not mean you'll get less wrinkles because sometimes it's just genetic, but you'll definitely have less of the chance. One things for sure though, you won't have scaly skin or look like your 50 by the time you hit your 30's! ;)
You probable won't wrinkle badly at all. I'm sure your genetics play a key in that too though. But Tanning, sun exposer, smoking, basically anything unhealthy can cause you to wrinkle sooner and more. Eating healthy also keeps your skin healthy too.
Well it depends on other aspects of your life as well. Genetics, smoking, drinking alcohol, your skin care regime, water consumption, what you eat. I think a lot of it comes from genetics.
